Weekend Notes: Big Sur & Carmel
There is a specific kind of quiet you can only find on Highway 1.
We spent the weekend driving down the coast, and honestly, I didn’t realize how much I needed it until we saw the water. No agenda, no rush—just fresh air and that beautiful California ocean.
Here are a few moments from the roll.

Carmel-by-the-Sea. Mornings here are my favorite. It’s crisp, bright, and slow.

McWay Falls. It looks unreal in person. That turquoise water meeting the cliffs feels wild and grounding at the same time. We just stood here for a long time watching the tide.

Point Lobos. We spent the afternoon hiking the trails here. It’s vibrant and green and smells like salt and pine trees. The perfect reset before heading back.

Heading into this week feeling a little lighter and a lot more inspired.
